Terms of Service

This document constitutes a Public Offer Agreement in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. It regulates the provision of digital services by a Private Entrepreneur (FOP) and is legally binding for any Client who accepts this Offer by submitting a request or making a payment via the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider offers Clients a digital creative service — the creation of a custom family dossier (in PDF format). The service includes historical narrative, graphic elements, genealogical structure, and visual design, based on information submitted by the Client via form or email.

3. Acceptance of the Offer
By submitting a request through the website or making a payment, the Client confirms their full agreement with the terms of this Offer. This Agreement enters into force upon payment and applies to each individual order.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery is performed digitally by sending the finished PDF file to the Client’s email.
Standard delivery time is within 24 hours, but not later than 48 hours after payment confirmation and data submission.
No physical delivery is included.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

Refunds are available only before the work on the dossier has begun.
Once a draft or final file has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
If the Client decides not to proceed before delivery, a full refund may be requested via email.

8. Confidentiality and Data Use

All information provided by the Client is treated confidentially.
Personal data is used exclusively for fulfilling the service and is not shared with third parties, except when required by Ukrainian law.

9. Intellectual Property

All created content remains the intellectual property of the Service Provider until full payment is received.
After delivery and payment, the Client is granted full personal use rights.
Commercial reproduction or resale is prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be referred to a competent Ukrainian court in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Payment Terms

The cost of services is specified on the website in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Payment is made in advance via available online methods.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the correctness of payment details.

4. Description of Services

The dossier is delivered as a digital PDF file, ready to print or share.
There are two formats available:
Classic – up to 12 pages, including a family story in literary style (up to 3 pages).
Premium – up to 20 pages, including an extended family story (up to 8 pages), a heraldic passport, and optional historical context.
Each dossier is custom-made based on the information provided by the Client.
All content is developed manually, without automation.
