Delivery & Refund Policy

This Delivery & Refund Policy outlines the terms for digital delivery and refund eligibility related to services provided by Family Codex. This policy is created in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

1. Digital Delivery Terms

The Client receives the final product — a custom-designed family dossier in PDF format — via email.
No physical shipping or postal service is used.
Standard delivery time is within 24 hours after payment and confirmation of details by the Client.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours, and the Client will be notified in advance.
The dossier is delivered in high-resolution digital format, suitable for printing.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for providing accurate email and data required to complete the dossier.
Delivery is considered successful when the final PDF is sent to the email address provided.
In case of delivery failure due to an incorrect email or lack of response from the Client, the service is still considered rendered.

3. Refund Policy

A full refund is available only if requested before the start of dossier production.
The production process is considered started once the Client’s data is reviewed and work on the draft begins.
If a draft or final version has already been sent, no refund is possible, as the service has been rendered in full.
Refunds are processed via the same method used for the original payment.

4. Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Services

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, services that involve custom-made digital products are non-returnable after fulfillment.
The family dossier is created based on personal data and is unique to each Client, making it non-transferable and non-refundable once delivered.
