Is this done by a real person or is it automated?

Every dossier is created by hand — with care, attention, and heart. This isn’t mass-produced; each one is crafted personally.

What if I don’t know much about my family?

That’s not a problem. Even just a few names and some basic clues are enough. We know how to build something meaningful from very little.

Can I request changes if something feels off?
